AniLog™ Microchip Look Up Service/Neutering

When any breed of animal arrives at a rescue centre that uses the AniLog™ Animal Welfare Management Solution and it is already microchipped and registered via the PETtrac database, a new feature tells you whether or not it has already been neutered/spayed!  Note:  It only imports the animals details.

Although for example it is very obvious in male dogs, in females if a scar is not visible and blood tests prove inconclusive then it would normally be assumed not to have been done.  This results in the animal having an anaesthetic and operated on just to make sure - this will clearly be beneficial to the animal and also means that animal shelters do not have to pay for the blood tests and/or an operation.

It also returns any other medical issues or medication that it is on.

AniLog™ is, as far as we are aware, the first animal welfare practice management software to incorporate this service automatically in its animal rehoming software solution.

The phrase "software as a service"  or SaaS was never more appropriate!
