George Sherratt, Technical Director of Innov8ive Software Limited, has over 20 years solid in-depth knowledge and amassed a significant track record in delivering market leading software solutions using modern, agile methods combined with the latest Microsoft technologies. His background includes electronic design automation software, access control system software (clients included the Pentagon), the energy sector and financial services.
He leads a team of specialist Technical Consultants, whose meticulous attention for detail, combined with their ability to deliver incomparable state of the art software systems cost effectively and on time, is key to the success of each project.
Innov8ive Software is in Cheltenham which is a regency town in the Cotswolds, we offer a creative and fresh approach to achieving our clients’ long term corporate objectives through the implementation of innovative technology. In addition to developing tailor made software solutions, we provide Innov8ive CMS™ content management systems that meet accessibility guidelines and the AniLog™ Animal Welfare Management System for use by animal rehoming charities.

Notably he bought a £500k turnover business unit and turned it into a profitable group with £40 million revenues from 8 countries in 8 years. John is currently Non Executive Director of two businesses, Chairman of Gloucester Innovation Centre and on the Alumni Board of London Business School. John and his associates now provide business coaching to Chief Executives - their accumulated experience and expertise enables the leaders and shareholders of independent businesses to achieve their goals.
