We actively support all our clients prior, during and after installation of their respective software system and as existing clients will confirm we respond  quickly and effectively to offer assistance when you need it both during normal office hours and outside.  We actively monitor any issues you may have and positively welcome ideas for new features -  this in turn enables us to continually update our training, new releases and bulletins. Our clients get to know their respective contacts by name during the build process and that includes the actual developers with whom they can also liaise and share ideas.
